Key responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Tungsten Automation Corporation Communication Server installations. Project management to define technical end user requirements. Professional services work to install and configure complex Tungsten Automation Corporation Communication solutions 1st point of contact for end users or partners Participation in standby for 24x7 support Trouble shooting of underlying technical issues (operating system, network, connected IT systems, telephony) The team member should 'create knowledge' and share this. Documentation of reported issues and solutions Gain and maintain certification on Tungsten Automation Corporation Communication Server products Ability to travel up to 30% (customer onsite visits)
