Our Client, a Clinical Company, is looking for Communication Management Specialist for their Remote location Responsibilities: + The Specialist reports directly to the Senior Communications Manager. The primary duties include routing incoming communications from sales and customers to the appropriate technician for problem resolution. The incoming communications will be related to a new pharmaceutical e-commerce platform. Additional duties may include logging metrics and communicating problem resolutions back to sales and customers.
