JOB SUMMARY
Performs all duties consistent with Communications Specialist. Operates Physicians' Answering Service.
Essential Job Functions: · Announces all emergency and stat calls immediately and accurately.a · Receives and makes telephone calls politely and professionally. · Typing. · Troubleshoots for computer problems with Physicians' Answering Services and Siemens. · Communicates/interacts with patients, employees, visitors, general public, salespeople, etc. · Processing department messages for Physicians' Answering Service. · Best foot forward (Customer Service).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
· 1-3 years customer service experience
· Must have moderate typing ability.
· Computer experience preferred
