We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some of the biggest companies in the nation. Our client has a need for a Communications Specialist. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Communications Specialist
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Communications Specialist will include: Compensation (Range):30-36 / hour Manage the operational marketing support, which includes project planning, development, execution, and change management for operational/transactional program materials. Ensures legal and safety reviews are completed within specific time constraints and materials are accurate for all projects. Manage, lead and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet desired product goals and timelines. Support Senior and Lead Marketing Managers with campaign brief development, working with the creative team and other internal departments. Assist with accounting, scheduling, metrics and other tasks associated with program marketing communications. Serve as the liaison with regulatory affairs, program management, customer service, corporate communications, legal and other key internal and external stakeholders to build alignment on the marketing communications. Provide support for internal/external challenges and/or regulatory issues; provides advice and technical expertise in marketing execution. Responsible for all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data. Learn the organization and develop competence by performing structured work assignments. This position deals with changing priorities and differing situations and makes decisions that may affect the results of the work group.

As a Communications Specialist you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
