Communication Specialist

Accountabilities:

Creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, including content creationAssistance with creating/recording videos for internal communications and SharePoint sites, working with multimedia and Comms teamAssistance with content creation, content uploading and maintenance (uploading articles and photos) to sharepoint, Comparably and sharing with RELX Internal CommunicationsBuilding templates for email and other design projects (email headers, etc.), employing brand guidelinesAssist with organization and maintenance of MS Teams Communications channels, making recommendations for file organizational structure that easily facilitates document sharing across comms groupsPartner with Comms team to create, automate and maintain internal email distribution listsWriting and/or reviewing submissions from other groups for site-related communications or eventsCoordinate with different teams to fully utilize tools such as EmailOpen, SharePoint…etc.Assist in the Press release and global merch distribution.As Manila Location lead, will collaborate with ICIS regional leads.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in B2B communicationsBachelor’s degree holder in communications or related fieldFlexible with scheduleOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreadingEnjoys creating content including written pieces and well-branded visualsKnowledge and practical application of traditional and digital/web tactics and techniquesSkilled in Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Edge, Teams, Forms)Knowledge and experience creating, updating and maintaining SharePoint sitesProfessional experience with social media including Facebook, LinkedIn and TwitterConfident communicator and presenterCalm under pressureExcellent relationship-building skillsCollaborative approach and experience building strong relationships with diverse stakeholdersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while prioritizing high-return workAbility to learn new skills and apply them to all work streamsDedication to quality and innovative thinkingStrong organizational skillsDetail-oriented
