Communication Specialist

What you'll do: + Work with Sr Mgr, to lead discussions with various departments to determine, develop and implement a consistent communication plan via multiple channels to all Center associates and key constituents beyond the Customer Service Center. + Write and send email communication blasts to Customer Service Center associates which include urgent notifications, changes in processes, events, etc. Write specialized communications utilizing visually appealing methods and concise wording, ensuring appropriate spelling/grammar is used, maintaining communication logs/plans, and arranging records. + Collaborate with cross functional teams, such as MIS, to drive timely release of documentation and information based on project timelines and estimated implementation dates via communication channels - e.g. huddle slides, newsletter, emails. + Develop, organize, and maintain a document library and communication hub visible to all customer service center employees that is easily searchable and can be accessed quickly. + Collaborate with training team and Talent and Organizational development to maintain Learning Management System (LMS). + Work with training team to write, create, and update training and processing documentation, e-learning resources, brand materials and templates to include the newest requirements and processes based on discussions led or requests made by leadership. + Use digital media to capture pictures and videos for the primary release of training materials, work instructions, and visual aids that will provide clear direction to the associates. + Assist with maintaining all system training environments (CCS, AS400) by conducting an audit and comparison of the training & live environments on a quarterly basis ensuring both environments are in sync; working with MIS to request missing functionality What you'll bring: + Impeccable written ability and excellent verbal communication skills + Must demonstrate initiative to solve issues independently, consistently, and professionally + Must be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and the ability to produce a high volume of work + Strong technical skills, particularly with desktop computing programs such as MS Word & Excel + Customer Service oriented + Technical writing proficiency + Must be able to prioritize work and manage multiple asks + Experience Required: + Bachelor’s degree in a writing discipline preferred + 2+ years experience in a Call Center + 2+ years experience in a related role + High level of proficiency in MS Office products and Google docs Minimum Starting Rate: $19.00 Hourly Up to: $23.75 Hourly Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
