Compensation: $20.50hr
Are you a strong communicator with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? Join Lithia & Driveway as a Communication Specialist I and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
What You’ll Do:Serve as a subject matter expert, partnering with shared services teams to resolve inquiries efficiently
Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, chat, and social media
Manage the Travel & Expense inboxes, including the Concur and Credit Cards email inboxes
Resolve payment issues, inventory questions, banking inquiries, and general customer concerns
Document and escalate questions as needed, ensuring one-contact resolution
Contribute to improving processes, procedures, and knowledge base content
What We’re Looking For:Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with multiple systems and applications
Associate’s degree preferred but not required
2+ years of related work experience, preferably in banking, finance, or accounting
