Role Summary:

 

We're seeking a mission-driven communicator to grow our corporate communications, digital and social media efforts to build brand visibility and awareness. While working with PR, you will also lead our omni channel presence. You will develop content for media, our website and social media channels and lead community management efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in PR, creating content and assets to increase audience engagement.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

 

Implement external communications and consumer PR to build and enhance the corporate equity in the Nordics in cooperation with local Communications Managers.Plan and execute a complete social and digital strategy with an omni channel approach to boost awareness of our mission and increase engagement.Produce relevant articles and content pieces on topics relevant to the business.Coordinate the publication of communications contents in internal and external channels.Function as overall project and content manager. Create content and oversee development of creative assets including written copy, video, animations, photos and execute all approvals. Leverage content management platform for website maintenance. Work with internal and external web partners when advanced development is necessary.Monitor traditional and digital media to report on progress and find opportunities. Support leaders and spokesperson in their thought leadership and produce social content for selected leaders.Drive and develop relevant internal communications projects that support brand building.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including multiple people in the Nordics Comms team, legal team and IT to develop and implement strategies.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

University degree, preferably in Communications or Public Relations3-5 years of experience in PR and Digital Communication Familiarity with standard methodologies in digital and social communication and content development.Experience in working with journalists and media outlets.Exceptional interpersonal, editing, and communication skills, both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to create compelling assets for various channels.Ability to build partnerships and work well with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Ability to look around corners for risks and opportunities.Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish.
