Location: Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor, also known as a Communications Supervisor to, support our award-winning retirement community. **How you will make an impact:** + Greeting and directing residents and visitors. + Operating the switchboard and directs calls efficiently. + Alerting Security to all emergencies. + Assisting with sorting and distribution of residential and office mail. + Creating and maintaining bi-weekly work schedules for all Communications Staff. + Assisting with evaluation and coaching of the Communications Specialist. **What we offer:** + Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law. + 401k for all employees 18 and over.
