TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Work hand in hand with Managing Director to ensure holistic and targeted meeting planning & execution & content preparation for the GBS Center Head Role as well as the Costa Rica Managing Director Role. Tasks include creating strategic presentations and leading cross- functional projects, coordinating market research and engaging with other GBS centers and all of Bayer Costa Rica for best practices, joint activities and aligned progress. Develop and Execute comprehensive GBS Costa Rica Brazil communication strategy, plan and objectives in line with global GBS communication team and objectives. Establish and manage a communication network across GBS CRBR Bayer Costa Rica to guarantee the sustainability of the communication process.Support change management and manage change communication for GBS CRBR (e.g. for DSO) aligned with the global Change Management strategy and tools. Support internal and externalstrategic events such as town hall meetings, site or virtual visits, etc. Design and implement stakeholder relationship management strategy across GBS CRBR both internal and external, aligned with Managing Director. Responsible for content creation and internal media management of GBS CRBR.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Bachelor’s degree in business,communications or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. Demonstrated expertise in communications, solution exploration, structured & organized ways of working with multiple priorities, time pressure and diverse stakeholder engagement. Business fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; further language is beneficial.Previous interaction with CS, CH & PH sectors is advantageous. Superior communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking in ambiguous environments. An innovative and analytical approach coupled with problem-solving prowess. Aptitude to excel in a diverse, cross-functional and cross-country collaborative environment. Good economic understanding and industry insight into Shared Services. Proficiency in use of broad range of communication tools and techniques. Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills. Open-minded, a high degree of self-initiative and intercultural competency.
