Join our dynamic International Communications and Marketing Team, where you'll play a crucial role in keeping our people connected and our clients engaged. The unique structure of our team supports all KBR businesses from the UK, including sectors such as defence, nuclear, space, critical national infrastructure, and energy. Key Responsibilities: + Implement the International Comms and Engagement Strategy, engaging employees across various business portfolios + Coordinate communications through intranets, digital newsletters, town halls, and more + Develop compelling content for internal audiences that align with business strategies, such as stories, interviews, and videos + Shape and support the delivery of employee events + Manage and develop a dedicated intranet site + Support post-activity evaluation and metrics + Act as a brand guardian What we Need Essential: + Creative thinker with a flair for originality + Outgoing and engaging personality + Strong experience in a communications role, preferably internal + Content creation skills, including script writing, copywriting, and editing + Great attention to detail + Enjoys working in a small team but is independent enough to manage projects alone + Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines + Experience delivering content across various platforms, including digital + Ability to work with people at all levels + Event support experience Desirable: + Experience with managing live online events via technologies such as Teams + Experience in video production + Familiarity with large-scale organisation Why KBR? + Be part of a fast-paced, fun team dedicated to innovative communication strategies + Drive new ideas from concept to delivery + Collaborate with a diverse global workforce + Seek out training and qualification opportunities to develop your career in communications + Become a brand ambassador for KBR, embodying a true One KBR approach to communications and marketing We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunities.
