Your role:

Working across multiple communication mediums: Media Relations (press releases, articles, interviews) Managing Testimonials, Email Marketing, Website, Intranet, SM Campaigns, Branding (usage of all the tools for each respective scope).Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficientlyDevelop and implement events to engage actively internal and external stakeholders, customer focused and maximizing impactProject leader to plan, manage, implement and overall coordination for marketing initiated activities and events, including the media relations planning, vendor communication, customer relationship, logistics arrangement, communication materials preparations, onsite coordination, post-event follow-up etc.Proactively taking on new, creative, and impactful initiatives in events and tradeshowsEnsure compliance with global brand strategy and visual identityCollaborate with procurement to manage agency performance to ensure project resultsKeep a good relationship with organizer of tradeshow, keep the market leader positioning in public platform via various communication events and tradeshowBudget management and monitor campaign results and evaluate and track its success Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute events smoothlyBeing responsible for all project budgets from ideation to completion

Your Qualifications:

The ability to coordinate the planning, design/construction activities for projects.Enthusiastic and engaging - able to adapt your style to the needs of the situation whilst safeguarding the interests of the practice and relevant relationshipsAbility to develop project schedules and monitor the projectSkills to draft, monitor and update work plans to ensure all projects are running within the prescribed timeframes and budget parameters.Promote open communication among projects owners, agencies, and internal project team members in a structured and managed wayComfortable working in a multi-discipline environment, interfacing with a broader team (core disciplines, specialists, modalities, and customers).Assist the project leaders with the development and updates of project resources budgets, and schedulesAbility to prepare and/or review contractual invoices and project payment requests and makes recommendations to Project LeadersAbility of working with contractors and sub-contractorsManage the flow of project correspondenceAct in the capacity of the project leader in his or her absenceAct as a key resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as neededKnowledge of virtual and hybrid events is a mustFluency in English reading writing speaking is a must. Possessing another language will be an added advantageProficient knowledge in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Excellent communication skillsExcellent Negotiation skillsPossessing a can-do flexible attitude all the time and can work well under pressureCan collaborate with speed and urgencyPleasant approachable personalityMust be results-oriented, creative, and energeticAbility to work independently and be a trouble-shooterExperiencing in working independently or as part of a wider regional teamExperience in healthcare is preferredMarketing/PR/Journalism/Communications major preferred
