O2E Brands is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our growing team! As part of the Communications department, you will coordinate key communications communications tools and resources, reporting for all communications initiatives and facilitate workflows of the team. You enjoy a fast-paced, challenging, and fun work environment that gives you the opportunity to grow with and lend your expertise to the success of an international organization.

Starting January 2025, all team members in Vancouver and Toronto will be required to work in-office every other week, for three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). To support business priorities, core hours of attendance will be mandatory from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on these days.

A Day In The Life

Coordinates key communications tools and resources including What’s up Wednesday and Junkture Drafts content in Mailchimp, sends for review, and distributes to the audience Develops and maintains an O2E-wide calendar that helps Junktion team members gain insights into Junktion-wide initiatives and events so that they can plan adequately for activities that impact them and their teams Sources images and creates visuals to bring important messages to life for our people Coordinates reporting for all communications initiatives Coordinates tools and materials for O2E leaders and Talent Acquisition to represent the company at speaking engagements, including press kits, presentation decks, headshots, spokesperson matrix Provides newsletter coordination support to brands as required

What You Bring To The Table 

Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple requests and deadlines Strong grammar and writing ability and attention to detail Experience with email newsletter platforms and web-publishing /content management systems Eager to create content appropriate for different communication channels Initiative to research and suggest improvements to enhance internal communications systems

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary $43,000-58,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity). The Total Compensation Package includes Extended Health, Dental.
