The Role
We are looking for a truly passionate, knowledgeable, media savvy person who is looking to take the first steps in building a career in the communications, fashion and culture industries. Organisation and confidence are paramount, along with a keen sense of critical thinking, emotional intelligence and independent initiative.
The Team
This role is new in the UK Communications Team, a dynamic and energetic department where every day brings new challenges to solve. You will be reporting to the Senior Communications Manager and working closely with the Vice President of Communications and Senior Internal Communications Manager.
What will you be doing?Support the UK communications team with all administrative responsibilities, including report building, media tracking, meeting scheduling and agendas, internal system management and general press office tasks.Work closely with senior members of the UK communications team on brand and internal communications, including drafting press releases, press plans, internal newsletters and other documents as needed.Establish relationships with relevant external and internal stakeholders and maintain meaningful connections.Work closely with the equivalent role in the US to ensure the global Communications team is operating effectivelySupport events in-person, including photographer and press management, as needed.Be the eyes and ears of the communications team, actively tracking and flagging industry and cultural media coverage in real time.Who you are:Minimum 1 years of experience in a relevant communications or PR roleYou are a smart media consumer, well-versed in a variety mediums and perceptive to developing trendsYou are a Condé Nast consumer - you know our brands and where they should be heading
Where will you be?
We value collaboration, and our team comes together in the office three days a week. Our Adelphi office spans three floors, offering amazing views of the Thames and easy access to the amenities of The Strand. We truly love working here!
