Part-Time | 0.5 FTE (40 hours per two-week pay period) Hours: Typically within 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday (some flexibility, with occasional remote work possible). Salary: Starts at $19.67 per hour. Increases with experience. Responsibilities In this multi-faceted role, you will: + Produce MCRHC's internal weekly electronic newsletter, update the MCRHC website, and assist with maintaining the intranet. + Create weekly content for social media, primarily Facebook and Instagram. + Manage the Auxiliary Board of Directors, its finances and direct bi-monthly meetings. + Manage financial contributions to Mitchell County Memorial Foundation, its donor database and periodic mailings. + Support the Foundation with project coordination such as the annual fund campaign and occasional fundraising events. + Oversee and organize the annual MCRHC Children's Health Fair each October and Angel Tree in December. + Generate written correspondence for stakeholders and ensure consistent, professional communication, working with multiple hospital and clinic departments. + Design collateral material on a periodic basis and work with freelance graphic designers. Skills & Qualifications + Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively. + Excellent writing skills (a journalism background is a plus). + Basic financial reporting experience (helpful but not required). + Creativity and self-motivation to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment. + Associate and/or bachelor's degree Required.
