This role is responsible for protecting and enhancing Home’s reputation through effective video and design communications and integrated storytelling.  Led by the Communications Manager, this opportunity will suit someone with a high level of initiative and organization, and an eye for video and design.  Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:  Provide leadership, motivation, guidance and support to the graphic design and video production process to ensure optimal creative output, productivity, and workflow of the team. Supervise and support the development of high-quality internal videos that involve the integration of video, audio and motion graphic animations while staying on brand.Champion new and innovate ways of communicating key corporate messages to our Dealers and internal Team Members (promote professional development opportunities with the creative team to encourage and motivate them to further elevate video and design elements).  Protect and enhance Home’s reputation through effective video/design communications and integrated storytelling.  Oversee and support conceptualization of eye-catching graphics for traditional and digital mediums.  Support the production of live and virtual events from script/speech development to final video product.  Oversee and develop the workback and production schedules (including film dates and studio booking), while meeting budgets and deadlines. When required, work closely with external partners for the development and execution of large-scale virtual events.Oversee the approval flow of video and design communications by sharing with appropriate stakeholders and ensure all feedback is received and incorporated into the final product.Contribute and provide support as required for various campaigns and special projects. We’re looking for: College diploma in Graphic Design or Video Production.Three to five years experience in the design, creation, and coordination of written and digital corporate communications.
