Job Overview: Bee Sweet Citrus is seeking an optimistic, organized and motivated student who is currently pursuing a degree in Agriculture Communications or Mass Communications and Journalism (MCJ) to assist with the company’s communications department. This internship will require a minimum of 15 hours a week. Internships typically last three months, however, this internship may be extended based on your 90-day evaluation. Duties/Responsibilities: + Assist with all matters relating to social media, including but not limited to: + Social listening + Social analytics + Social strategies + Content creation + Editing videography and photography + Assist with newsletter content & email marketing + Assist with all communications project(s) pertaining to employee and grower relations + Assist with various company and industry-wide events, including but not limited to: + Tours + On-site employee events + Trade show development Required Skills/Abilities: + Strong foundation in English literacy and grammar + Familiar with AP style of writing + Proficient with platforms such as Canva, Lightroom, Hootsuite, and Promo + Has a foundation in editing videography and photography in social media apps and supporting platforms + Must be willing to collaborate and communicate effectively with all departments + Strong preference for someone bilingual in English/Spanish Experience + Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Agriculture Communications, Mass Communication & Journalism (MCJ), or related degrees Pay Offered/Benefits + $17.50 per hour + Health wellness program that covers regular doctor visits, eye exams, etc. with only a minor copay + Scholarship Opportunities Powered by JazzHR
