  Job Title: Business Professional - Communications Manager 3   Expected duration: 12 months   Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ, USA Job Description: Hybrid: M-Thurs in office; Friday remote Responsibilities •       Analyze real-time trends in culture relevant to the Samsung target consumer, as well as industry and competitors, to inform creative earned-first campaigns that breakthrough in culture •       Oversee content calendar planning activity across PR, social and influencer •       Develop creative, earned-first strategies that align with the brand's overall positioning, collaborating with social and comms teams, and briefing agency partners effectively to help support •       Manage the coordinated execution of campaigns with detailed action plans for each discipline (e.g., PR, social, influencer, etc.) that leverage the strengths of each discipline at the right time, in the right way, to drive greater impact and success •       Effective project management with clear communications across all stakeholders to ensure flawless execution •       Campaign measurement: Analyze the success of creative campaigns and identify areas for improvement for both real-time optimizations and for long term strategy refinements. Qualifications •       5-8 years’ experience in developing and executing earned/organic campaigns for leading consumer brands •       Earned-first mindset with proven ability to develop and execute creative campaigns from the ground up that drive sales and brand/product awareness •       Ability to process and interpret complex information and translate business objectives into effective creative strategies. •       Creative thinker with great communication skills in both written and verbal form •       Strong project management skills. Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines •       Entrepreneurial spirit with perseverance & problem-solving skills to bring creative ideas to life in ways that likely have never been done before •       Passion for and/or experience in consumer electronics and technology a plus The main function of a Communications Specialist is to assist corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing. Job Responsibilities: � Responsible for ensuring timely, creative and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content and information � Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging � Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data. � Works closely with Client's Product corporate sales team to write and finalize monthly and annual press release. Skills: � Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. � Basic ability to work independently and manage one�s time. � Basic knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. � Basic knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods.
