The ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously is an essential component to deliver a broad range of services related to a real estate portfolio. You’ll get the opportunity to help create and implement strategic objectives for the clients’ operation.

Works closely with innovative and thought leaders to analyze issues, formulate recommendations and highlight the program value.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Establish and maintain relationships with the Account Leadership team to roll out new initiatives and identify areas of improvement to aid with their success.Identify and partner with internal JLL SMEs to ensure strategies are effective.Effectively support the account by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvementPersuasive oral presentation and group facilitation skills / ability to effectively promote and articulate concepts.Liaison with client’s Corporate Communication Department to garner support and coordinate planned communication activities

Program Execution

Drive adherence to established processes and demonstrate agility and creativity to meet dynamic business needs.Bring Organization and simplification to all processesIdentify gaps in processes and provide possible solutionsDrive adoption on new initiatives and system trainings working closely with performance manager.Identify key priorities for each project and work to align organizational stakeholders and form overall program.Periodically review and provide feedback on baseline Operations process and procedures to fit the needs of the accountManage the development of Playbook subsidiary Standard Operating ProcedureBring organization to highlight the benefits of an integrated, cross-functional teamCoordinate and ensure timely preparation of required client reportsCoordinate Account Management AssessmentCollaborate with account team to develop reporting formats and content, including monthly reports, quarterly business review (QBRs) presentations and other required reports and presentations

People Development

Oversee Rewards & Recognition Program, including budget for programFoster an inclusive environmentSupport account plan to develop High Value Talent (HVT)CommunicationsLead account’s communications to the team and to the Client. This includes not only taking on a leadership role in gathering, maintaining, and disseminating information, but also establishing systems, processes, policies and incorporating team involvementEstablish/execute communications plan and meeting cadenceAnalyzing issues, assist with staff interviews, formulating communications plans and making recommendations as neededEnsure adherence to JLL and Client branding for presentationsCollaborate with business teams to ensure alignment and support of core strategies and initiatives and ensure consistency of messaging, as well as “tell our story” to the client organizationSupport Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiativesFocus on change management, the primary responsibility will be to elevate the reputation of the FM program among various operating companies and articulate the value of the CRE team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years relevant experienceDegree in Journalism, Communication or Marketing.A creative thinker with demonstrated success in translating broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications, leveraged in multiple venuesExecutive presence and professionalismExcellent grasp of communication trends and issuesSignificant management and strategic planning experienceAbility to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication, editing and presentation skillsStrong project management skills, schedule management, crisis management, budget management, etc.Unyielding attention to detail that results in zero errors/defectsAbility to mentor, coach and work collaboratively with cross-functional groupsFlexible and able to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applications and desktop publishing programs

Estimated total compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 120,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
