Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Communication Manager to oversee both internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will drive effective communication initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to engage employees and foster a cohesive work environment.
• Lead external communication efforts to enhance brand visibility, maintain positive relations with stakeholders, and drive key messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
• Content Creation & Design: Create visually engaging and informative content, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, branded assets, newsletters, and one-pagers, to support digital projects and initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data, UX/UI, Market Intelligence and DXD leadership team, to understand communication needs and provide solutions that enhance project understanding and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Brand Management: Ensure all digital communication materials are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all platforms and assets. All content is maintained and version control with proper change management in place.
• Data-Driven Storytelling: Translate complex digital and data-driven insights into compelling narratives, making information accessible and engaging for diverse audiences.
• Project Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables for communication projects, working closely with digital teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience:
- 5+ years in a communication role, preferably in a digital, tech, or consumer-focused environment.
- Strong experience with digital domains such as data analytics, consumer experience, mobile technology, and design.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other content creation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and basic knowledge of data-driven storytelling is a plus. Understanding of using Microsoft Sharepoint or HTML based content tool is highly desirable.
• Experience with branding, visual identity, and maintaining consistency across digital assets.
Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging, accessible content.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional digital teams.
