Job Overview:
As a Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing our digital associate communications platform, which includes technology partner management, tool expertise, content aggregation and management, messaging development, ongoing stakeholder alignment and internal promotion development, and program health analysis through utilization of platform analytics. You will act as the day-to-day lead and be tasked with working directly with the technology partner to grow, enhance and optimize the platform. As the project lead, you'll work with different markets within the organization to understand ideas and needs of each market and ensure feedback is efficiently communicated and acted upon. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for technology, and a comfort with data and analysis.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead overall program management of internal associate communication platform Gain a deep understanding of FirstService Residential’s goals and KPIs to inform the strategy of a successful program Daily management of content and campaigns developed to engage associates Serve as managing editor to guide other content contributors and oversee content publishing Display strong project management principles to deploy complex technology and coordinate between various stakeholders Build relationships between executives, content contributors, and associates throughout the organization to create and maintain a comprehensive communications platform Partner with internal stakeholder groups, including marketing, IT, and HR, to assess ongoing health of platform and continued usage across all markets for high levels of associate engagement Foster user engagement through design and deployment of content campaigns, push notifications and email campaigns Review data analytics and implement suggestions for improving the program based on metrics Lead regular meetings to review content calendar and upcoming company news and milestones for inclusion in program Work with technology vendor on an ongoing basis to learn new product features and other product changes to ensure maximum adoption Train and onboard new program administrators, as needed Contribute to existing company intranet to leverage content and consistency in messaging to associate groups Support ongoing engagement efforts and initiatives across global teams and the organization at large Serve as a resource on future company initiatives, providing project management, administrative and technical support
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors’ degree required, in business or related field 2-3 years of internal communications platform experience Strong project manager who can deploy complex technology and coordinate between many stakeholders Relationship builder, able to inspire and work closely with the cross-functional regional teams and executives Ability to review data analytics and implement suggestions for improving the program based on metrics Exceptional attention to detail and building consistency in published content Demonstrate critical thinking skills and good judgment when assessing appropriate content launch to associate groups
Physical Requirements:
Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time Dexterity for keyboard and mouse use Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
