We offer domestic and international mobility, recruitment and talent management, policy design, DEI mobility solutions, and more. **Communications Manager Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager to develop and implement effective communication strategies for Cartus. **Key Responsibilities** + Partner with executives to develop key messages and content for various channels. + Develop and execute an internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives. + Write, edit, and distribute company-wide communications. + Ensure consistent messaging across Cartus and liaise with the parent company. + Plan and execute internal events to boost employee engagement. + Provide communication coaching to executives and management. + Explore innovative communication platforms. + Build an external media strategy around key events and thought leadership. + Manage crisis communications to protect Cartus’ reputation. + Measure and report communications ROI. **Qualifications** + 5-8 years of experience in communications or public relations. + Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field. + Exceptional writing and editing skills. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. + Familiarity with internal communications best practices. + Ability to manage a diverse workload independently and as part of a team. + Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and leadership. **Job Location** Remote, United States Anywhere Real Estate Inc.
