COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER, School of Engineering, will focus on strategic development, implementation and management of all aspects of communications for the Tata-MIT Alliance; play a crucial role in managing and executing communications strategies for the Tata-MIT Alliance, collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders across MIT, including the School of Engineering Dean’s Office, to align on communications priorities and strategy; be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and approving content for various communications and outreach projects, such as articles for MIT News and the Tata-MIT Alliance website and day-to-day updates and major revisions of the Alliance’s website; and lead complex communications projects, including managing vendors, budgets, and schedules.
