Job Summary
Supports the hospital by operating switchboard. Answers, screens, transfers incoming and outgoing calls. Monitors alarms and code situations to activate notification systems when directed

Job Responsibilities
Answers calls in efficient manner, uses digital pages as needed. Accesses patient information, uses scripting for all interactions. Provides on the job training, direction and oversight to existing team while in lead role.

Education
Required: High School Graduate or equivalent

Experience
Required: 6 months as operator or in customer service
