This is your chance to be part of a team that was named Great Places to Work eight years straight!! The team is currently seeking a Communications Operator (On Call) who will be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:  

\n\n\n\nAvailability to work a flexible schedule that would include mornings, weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. \n\n\n\n\nAbility to write and communicate fluently in English is essential to the role. \n\n\n\n\nPrevious hotel experience and/or luxury hotel experience highly desired. \n\n\n\n\nMinimum of 2 years combined knowledge of PBX and/or other related systems is required. \n\n\n\n

Hourly Rate: $30.64

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Communications Operator, you would be responsible for answering and responding to internal and external calls in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues via telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nProvide information and demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and services\nRespond to emergencies and document and relay comprehensive, accurate information to proper parties in emergency situations\nAccept and deliver all messages promptly and accurately, utilizing proper grammar and spelling\nOperate office equipment including, but not limited to, computers, PBX system, fax machine, e-mail, etc.\n
