110 N MAIN ST, DAYTON, OH 45402 DEPT: MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS Full-Time / Day Shift / 8:30 -5:00 Monday - Friday Reporting to the System Director of Communications, the Communications Program Manager manages multiple communications strategies and projects from initiation to completion, all focused on a variety of audiences and designed to achieve and enhance favorable attitudes toward Premier Health and support initiatives focused on employee engagement, patient experience, and financial performance. S/he oversees the editorial content and production of various deliverables, managing strategic initiatives to achieve maximum effectiveness. S/he juggles multiple writing and editing jobs and assigns and oversees freelancing work. S/he works in partnership with the communications director and other stakeholders in areas such as human resources, service lines, and business development on a broad range of communications targeting key stakeholders across our sites of care. In short, the expert counsel of this person will be sought for how best to tell and write the story of Premier Health. Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree Additional requirements: + Area of study or major: Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or other related field. + Preferred educational qualifications: Knowledge of and/or certification in Agile marketing/communications practices, coaches, and facilitation Experience Minimum Level of Experience Required: 7 - 10 years of job-related experience Prior job title or occupational experience: Marketing, communications and/or journalism, or health care management Preferred experience: Familiarity and experience with Agile processes
