Experience what’s next at Avnet! **Job Responsibilities** + Develop and execute communication plans to effectively promote employee benefits programs. + Create informative and engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet, and employee meetings. + Manage benefits communication campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information. + Design and produce educational materials such as brochures, presentations, and videos. + Collaborate with HR, marketing, and external vendors to ensure consistent and accurate benefits messaging. + Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits inquiries and concerns. **Desired Skills** + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong project management and organizational abilities. + Ability to translate complex benefits and wellness information into clear, concise, and engaging content. + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. + Familiarity with employee engagement and internal communications best practices. **Work Experience** + Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent. **Education and Certification(s)** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. **Distinguishing Characteristics** + Excellent writing and editing skills **What We Offer:** Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
