Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Communications Specialist 3 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist 3, you will be part of the Customer Success area supporting a dynamic research and design team. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a resourceful mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Communications Specialist 3 **Location: Redmond, WA (Remote)** **What's the Job?** + Collaborate with workshop facilitators on workshop needs and logistics, including booking conference facilities and managing catering. + Create and disseminate a variety of email communications pre-and-post workshop ensuring quality and accuracy. + Liaise 1x1 via email with workshop attendees to answer questions, set proper expectations, and ensure a positive customer experience. + Support operations by developing additional content for the program. + Manage logistics and communications for a new program, including organizing workshops for high-profile customers. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training preferred. + 5-7 years of experience with the Microsoft suite. + 5-7 years of experience as an Admin Assistant, Event Coordinator, or in related tasks. + 5-7 years of experience with high-level communications. + Strong negotiation skills and customer service abilities. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with unique challenges. + Engagement with large S&P 500 customers, providing high visibility to executives. + Experience in a new and unusual program within a leading technology company. + Collaborative team atmosphere focused on customer success. + Chance to enhance your skills in logistics and communications management.
