**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Write drafts and edit content in line with organizational style guidelines to format and publish information on websites and in print.
+ Execute a public relations, government relations, regulation, and registration plan for a particular product, service, or specialty area while working within established systems.
+ Ensure the application of brand guidelines and brand templates and inform the organization the importance of brand alignment and positioning.
+ Help others get the most out of internal and external communications systems by offering support and advice.
+ Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
+ Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
+ Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
+ Maintain understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Uses various communication media to share business-related information with employees throughout the Business Unit; works to ensure that employees are aware of, understands, and knows how they can impact the goals and objectives of their Business Unit.

+ Policy and Regulation. Interpreting and applying knowledge of laws, regulations and policies in area of expertise.
+ Project Schedule Management. Sequencing and scheduling tasks into a project plan.
+ Brand Management and Development. Maximizing a brand's impact and market value by managing and developing all aspects of the brand.
+ Reporting. On creating relevant, lucid and effective reports.
+ Writing skills. Uses clear and effective writing skills on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
+ Customer and Market Analysis. Conducts research and analyzes data as needed, in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.
+ Computer Skills. Supports business processes without supervision by understanding and effectively using standard office equipment and standard software packages, while providing technical guidance as needed.
**What Makes You Stand Out:**
+ High English language proficiency.
+ Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (2 to 3 years).
+ Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems (7 to 12 months).
+ Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)
+ Experience in organizing and leading events of more than 500 people.
+ Good knowledge of software to create audiovisual content.
+ Ability to be the main anchor in public events.
+ Experience with interviews and report news to the organization.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor´s degree related to field in Communications, International Relationships, Administration.
