We are looking for a skilled and creative communications specialist to join the Marketing Communications team at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. You will work with internal and external, operational as well as strategic communication projects and support the Global Solutions division and our seven Business areas.

What would you do as our Communications Specialist
In this role, you will plan and execute on communication content for all types of channels, such as intranet, webinars and live studios, social media, blogs, podcasts, events and more. We are seeking an someone who is excellent at creating engaging content for our channel mix, including written articles and videos. Hands on experience from creating inspiring employer branding content and working with employee experience projects is an advantage.
Our brand is your guiding star, making sure all communication activities aim towards strengthening our common culture, collaboration and belonging, as well as inspiring customers and partners to join us on our journey.
You would also:
ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all channels and for different departments. combine long-term planning with operational tasks in an agile approach together with internal stakeholders. work closely with our communications network, both at business area and group level, to leverage content and channels for our division.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
University degree in communications, journalism, marketing or similar. 3-5 years of experience from a similar role in a complex and multinational environment. Experience in executing on communications strategies, driving complex projects, creating clear messages, and leading development of various forms of content for our different target groups. Passion and engagement for driving change as well as a strong desire to develop professionally. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, can-do attitude and a proactive, winning mindset. Excellent English, spoken and written.
Experience from branding and brand management is a plus.
