Job Overview:

 

This Community Ambassador position will report onsite to Stonebridge, and works independently, and without direct supervision. Possesses strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Detailed oriented and able to multitask. Meets and greets residents.

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and time management skills. Help schedule amenity reservations. Greet and direct residents, and invitees. Monitor and control access to the association amenities. Maintain daily log, records and forms. Resolve and follow up on all complaints / issues. Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building / property. Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Assist Architectural Review Committee with ARC requests and tasks. Facilitate SmartWebs between homeowners, committee and manager. Conduct regular, weekly at minimum, property inspections of all common area and amenities including recording findings on inspection log. Manage covenant enforcement process, violation inspections, and notices. Assist Property Manager by completing assigned tasks. Act as Property Manager during manager time off or absences. Conduct regular “resident office hours” at assigned times for homeowners to come to onsite office. Assist with administrative tasks for board meeting preparations Meet with vendors on site for needed meetings, inspections, or walk throughs. Maintain an active presence at the front desk. Provide superior customer service to residents, guests, vendors and contractors. Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly; within a few hours but never to exceed 24 hours. Assist with writing, preparing, and distributing memos, notices and other correspondence regarding building changes, updates, or property information. Assist with maintaining the accuracy of the building and association documents to ensure accurate records are kept. Assist in the inspections of the building facilities to help guarantee appropriate property maintenance and address maintenance and building emergencies.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred. Command of information system hardware / software if preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of ZenDesk platforms is preferred. Knowledge of community associations, and their governing structures.

Physical Requirements:

 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Ability to lift 25 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures. Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time. Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms. Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property / building as required to meet the job functions. Complete all required forms. Ability to work extended hours and weekend base on project requirements. Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour
