Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, is hiring an experienced GREC licensed Community Association Managerto manage a portfolio of HOA and Condominium associations in the Alpharetta, GA, and surrounding metro Atlanta area. \nThe Community Association Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of the assigned portfolio of community associations. The Community Association Manager interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff within the branch office.
\nEssential Job Functions:
\n\nSupervise the financial administration of the Association in accordance with the management agreement and the Association's governing documents.\nActs as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.\nPerforms administrative and management duties as requested by the Board of Directors and in accordance with the management agreement and governing documents.\nReview monthly financial reports and submit management summary to the association Board of Directors.\nMonitor client delinquency and collections process for assigned portfolio.\nAttend Board meetings in accordance with the management agreement.\nAssist Board of Directors with architectural review process and/or routine inspections in accordance with management agreement\nMaintain of all files, records, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices.\nOversee the AP process in accordance with company processes and procedures.\nKnowledgeable of all association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community.\nExemplify excellent customer service and open lines of communication with homeowners, vendors, realtors, tenants, and board members.\nRemain current with best industry practices, and all current industry-specific laws.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n RequirementsQualifications
\n\nMust hold a valid Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License or Georgia Real Estate License issued by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.\nMembership with CAI is desired.\n2+ years of community association management (HOA) experience (not multi-family related) is desired.\nAssociate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.\nStrong knowledge of financial reports and budgets\nProfessional customer service skills\nExceptional communication skills both written and verbal with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor.\nProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)\nUnderstanding the role of the association board, and the Community Association Manager\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\nEffective organizational skills\n\n
