Unlicensed Therapist - $54,763 - $66,924 annually Licensed Therapist- $62,977-$76,968 annually Purpose: To provide intensive therapy and support to children, youth, and families who are significantly impacted by mental illnesses and substance use so they may recover, thrive, and reach their full potential. Job Summary: Provide short-term individual and family therapy services primarily in the home and community, fostering real-world application and enhancing everyday functioning. Therapy services, including groups, may also be provided in an office or telehealth setting. Work with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and coordinate the right service, at the right time for clients. Essential Functions: Follow best clinical practices and 27-65 requirements to provide family therapy, individual therapy, group psychotherapy and psychoeducation in homes, the community, and the office. Engage the client and family in the treatment process and goal-setting. Collaborate and coordinate with child welfare services, probation, schools, juvenile justice, hospitals, and other external partners to meet the needs of the client & family. Participate in consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization. Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation per clinical and administrative policies and procedures. Promote, support, and demonstrate MHP’s mission, vision, and values through behavior, job performance and adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. Participate in the development and improvement of programs and business processes. Work some evening hours to meet families and youth when they are available.
