Provide intensive family therapy primarily, individual and group therapy. Job Summary: Provide a variety of clinical services including developing and carrying out a consistent plan of treatment, from intake and assessment to closure.  Essential Functions: Guided by 27-65 requirements and best clinical practices, provides family therapy, individual, group psychotherapy and teaches psychoeducation Maintains thorough, accurate and timely documentation as per clinical and administrative policies and procedures (could require working with client in their residence) Engages consumer and family in the treatment process and goal-setting Collaborate with clients, other treatment team members, DHHS, schools, juvenile justice staff, doctors, hospitals, medical clinics, housing programs, etc. to provide the best service to the clients Promotes, supports and demonstrates MHP’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance Plan and Standards of Conduct on a day to day basis Participates in internal and external consultation and supervision with team members and other professionals in the organization Participates in multidisciplinary focus groups, committees, and task forces charged with researching and improving clinical practices and developing or updating programs and business processes Other duties as assigned What's In It For You: Medical (Kaiser and Cigna options), dental, vision, FSA, HSA, life, disability, and retirement (with company match) plans.
