Community- based Family Therapist | Licensed or Licensed Eligible
Purpose: To provide intensive therapy and support to children, youth, and families who are significantly impacted by mental illnesses and substance use so they may recover, thrive, and reach their full potential.  Job Summary: Provide short-term individual and family therapy services primarily in the home and community, fostering real-world application and enhancing everyday functioning. Therapy services, including groups, may also be provided in an office or telehealth setting.
