Summary:
Provides data collection and analysis, reporting management and annual CRA exam preparation to the Community Development Outreach team. Primary duties include report creation and maintenance, data analysis, document compilation and evaluation for CRA-qualified services and donations, internal report auditing, and maintenance of the Community Development Activity (CDA) database content. Additional responsibilities include providing support to Community Development Outreach team members, business segment partners and community partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Manage internal Data Integrity process. Primary responsibility for implementing data integrity and compliance/risk management functions for the CD Outreach team in accordance with CRA regulatory standards and HNB procedures. Lead quarterly quality control testing process; obtain samples for Quality Control tests monthly; compile data for quarterly Data Integrity testing memo; lead quarterly meetings of core Data Integrity team; review, document and report QC findings; ensure follow-up to reduce errors and inconsistencies.
+ Manage Market Tracker system for performance metrics; review and compile CDA entries to provide accurate performance status; document and input services, donations, outreach, events, and context data. Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with CDRMs to ensure updated performance reporting.
+ Maintain and audit required CRA qualification documents in all assessment areas and regions for performance reporting accuracy.
+ Evaluate, qualify, and approve donations, services, and events in CDA database. Review supporting documentation and identify missing documents necessary for CRA qualification.
+ Assist CDRMs in coordination and management of CRA activities and performance reporting for assigned areas or regions.
+ Respond to colleague and partner requests related to CRA, CDA entries, volunteerism, and donations.
+ Conduct departmental audits of reports and analyze internal and external data to ensure the bank's compliance with CRA. Maintenance and audits of Market Trackers, Strategy Plans, Market Leadership Team meeting notes and agendas, and organization information in CDA database.
+ Serve as departmental data specialist and make recommendations for simplification and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and reporting systems.
+ Manage internal CD procedures and processes, including annual company review. Assist in updating Department policies and procedures.
+ Maintain accurate work record of tasks, production, and progress.
+ Create and update reports and data related to CRA programs and community needs. Review Community Connect database for access for volunteer records and compare to CDA reports of qualified service. Upload CRA-qualified donations from CRA foundations (Huntington and Akron Foundations).
+ Prepare documents and reports for Community Development Outreach team and Regional Leadership.
+ Manage, maintain, and review internal HNB Community Board Service database, and collaborate with CDRMs and Regional Leadership.
+ Participate in department and compliance team meetings, maintain Market Leadership Team and bi-weekly CDRM team meeting notes, and provide information to support market-related updates.
+ Manage and maintain CDRM Contacts report of calls to community partners.
+ Provide support to CD Outreach team members as needed to ensure the credit needs of individuals, families, and small businesses are met.
+ Participate in volunteer events by providing financial education as available.
+ Follow controls and procedures while managing risk and adhering to CD and CRA compliance program requirements and deadlines. Manage risk in accordance with Huntington's aggregate moderate-to-low risk appetite by identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and reporting material risks on an ongoing basis.
+ Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ 2 years or more of CRA, community development or data analysis experience
+ 1 -3 years’ experience administrative support and/or working with management and maintenance of documentation and reports
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Community Development and/or Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) related experience preferred
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities within deadlines
+ Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
+ Ability to work independently
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
+ Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
