NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Community Development Advisor at Chapel of the Chimes in Oakland, CA. (Alameda County). In this role, responsibilities include:
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability Ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and serviceWhat you will bring to the role:
Two years sales experience is preferred One year leadership or management experience preferred High integrity, empathy, and a passion for helping others A strong desire to assist families while earning a competitive income Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative, outgoing, and energetic personalityCandidates must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records (verified in the background check process)
FIRST YEAR ANTICIPATED SALARY: $60K - $150K
