Responsibilities:
Develops and provides nutritional programming, education, training, and coaching services throughout the organization and for the communityConvenes multi-disciplinary teams to develop nutrition education, protocols, policies and procedures and leads teams on development of strategies on community outreach and engagementDesigns interventions for individuals seeking chronic disease prevention and health promotion and provides clinical expertise through individual health coachingReviews health data to determine need and develop appropriate interventions; develops evaluation mechanisms; participates in research projectsSome employees in this job may operate a motor vehicle to conduct MaineGeneral Health businessRequirements:
