One California (https://youtu.be/RrPuiSnALJY?si=pvQgPZ6ZWZM60TPV) **Responsibilities** **POSITION SUMMARY:** Assists with oversight of all aspects of Mobile Wellness Clinic operation. Coordinates target populations' access to healthcare health education and preventative services. Advocates for specific needs of client populations. Serves as culturally sensitive liaison between the client and services and/or service providers to insure that the services and service providers present treatment plans that are culturally appropriate. Functions as Community Health Educator; assists with patient registration data collection; assists with reports; assists with supply inventory and stocking of supplies. Liaison with outside contractors for van maintenance. Assists with van set-up and take down when moving from service sites. Maintains safety codes and standards. Oversees security for all medical and office supplies logs security system and medical records. May assist with anthropometric assessments of patients and assist patients in and out of van as needed. This position must comply with the policy of Dignity Health that all employees and volunteers handling credit card information/ payments adhere to the established PCI and accounting procedures. **Qualifications** **REQUIRED:** + At least two years experience providing health education in a community or public health clinic under the supervision of medical staff + Current BLS certification + Current and valid CA Drivers License + Knowledge of community-based health resources + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Proven cultural competency in target client population **PREFERRED:** + Bachelor's Degree + Community Educator Certificate + Bilingual English/Spanish **Pay Range** $41.54 - $47.86 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
