Summary:

The Community Health On Site Coordinator is responsible for health events in the community setting, coordinates the set up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments, acts as liaison between community and health care facilities, coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers and performs other duties as assigned. In addition, the On Site Coordinator will assist with biometric screenings such as blood pressure and finger sticks, as well as counseling on healthy habits and disease risk factors.

Requirements:

1 years experience in Community Health, Health Promotion, or Wellness RelatedBachelor's of Healthcare or Related or Associate's of NursingBLS from American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationAHCA Level 2 background clearance

Location:

Requires reliable transportation for travel within home base county and will include sister countiesHome base county to be determined with managerLocation availability: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Pasco

Status and Shift:

PRN: as-neededEvents occur during the week and weekendsEvent shifts will vary between 2 and 8 hoursScheduled 2-4 weeks in advance
