Summary:
The Community Health On Site Coordinator is responsible for health events in the community setting, coordinates the set up, traffic flow, break down, transports supplies and equipment, collects fees and schedules appointments, acts as liaison between community and health care facilities, coordinates duties of screening team and volunteers and performs other duties as assigned. In addition, the On Site Coordinator will assist with biometric screenings such as blood pressure and finger sticks, as well as counseling on healthy habits and disease risk factors.
