DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating public health services and initiatives, while also providing direct public health services and acting as a community liaison. You will analyze county-level assessments to identify public health needs, ensuring that DOH educational and clinical activities are based on accurate data. By coordinating meetings, teleconferences, and clinics, you will help build a sustainable public health infrastructure. You will design public health initiatives by leveraging community data, public health protocols, and DOH guidelines to address key health priorities, monitor programs, and track outcomes through disease surveillance systems. Additionally, you will provide clinical services for immunizations, tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, and sexually transmitted diseases to promote patient health and prevent disease transmission.
