About the job:

Registered Nurse provides clinical nursing support to the Street Medicine Program. Serves as a nurse in the clinical setting and on street rounds; providing assessment, planning, and implementation of care for the patient.  Provides education and referral to the patient as appropriate and coordinates care with both the physician/nurse practitioner and case worker to assure continuity of care.

This is a Casual / PRN position and the hours will fluctuate as needed.

What we are looking for:

* RN in the State of Ohio

* Currently holds CPR certification or receive training within 6 months of hire date.

* Minimum three years nursing experience.

* Knowledge of or ability to learn local community resources/service agencies which provide assistance to identified clientele.

* Must possess a high degree of motivation, initiative, and ability to work both individually and as a team member.

* Must possess a current Ohio Driver’s License

*Availability to work flexible hours when required
