Community Health Worker
**Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Community Health Worker in Seattle, WA.** This is an on-site opportunity. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration: **Pay:** $21 to $ 23.65/hr **Type:** Three-month contract – Starts in June 2025 **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (occasional weekend availability for community events) **Location:** Seattle, WA – Field-based (local travel required) **Primary Responsibilities:** · Conduct outreach to members in-person or by phone to encourage provider follow-up · Create positive experiences with members to support participation in health programs · Visit hard-to-reach members at home to facilitate provider visits · Attend and participate in community health events · Collaborate with care teams, community partners, and healthcare providers · Educate and motivate members to promote healthier behaviors · Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines · Learn and respect community cultures and values **Qualifications:** · High School diploma or GED equivalent required · Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within Seattle · Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare populations **Pay Details:** $21.00 to $23.65 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
