Salary: £14.18 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time (40 hours per week)

What you’ll do:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests and residents, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Facilitate community engagement activities, encouraging social interaction and a sense of belonging.
Assist with food and beverage service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests, delivering exceptional customer service.
Support the day-to-day operations of the community space, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
What you bring:
A passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality or catering.
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
