The Community Leader, Stand Together Ventures will serve as operational lead to empower a highly dynamic, capable, and energetic group of donor partners to maximize their strategic and financial leadership.  
To be successful in this role, the Community Leader will develop deep knowledge of Stand Together’s Ventures giving society, which is made up of entrepreneurs, founders, and investors in the growth stage of their careers. This role will also coordinate the contribution of the Ventures leadership team.  
Your Responsibilities IncludeDevelop and implement strategies to enhance interaction and active participation among members: Drive a sense of community, engagement, and growth among our most engaged and generous donor partners.  Oversee the membership lifecycle from recruitment to retention. Ensure a high-quality experience for all members, with attention to the unique needs and expectations of high-level entrepreneurs (including tracking and evaluating impact). Facilitate peer-to-peer interaction within the group, resulting in increased engagement and leadership within Stand Together strategies.  Coordinate regular engagement and communication with community members through newsletters, updates, and personalized outreach. Ensure transparency and ongoing engagement in the society's activities and initiatives. Host and facilitate working sessions (focused on, for example, growing the group through referrals) and collaborative opportunities with Ventures prospects and donors.  Create and execute a scalable recruitment strategy to introduce and refer new Ventures partners: marketing collateral, events, communications (cultivation and stewardship).  Collaborate with Stand Together leadership (development, priority initiative leaders, capability leaders) to align opportunities for increased Ventures engagement.  Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the OrganizationProven track record of building and leveraging networks through lifecycle customer engagement.   Proactive, entrepreneurial, and operates with a high sense of urgency. High alignment with Stand Together’s vision, values, and innovative approach to social change, with personal knowledge of innovation trends in key sectors (technology, finance, others).  Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders with a high degree of humility and discretion.  Strong written communication skills. 5+ years of experience in community management, ideally within a high-net-worth network or similar exclusive groups. What We OfferA meaningful career where your work will improve the lives of millions of AmericansA vision-driven community of over 1,000 employees across the country who are dedicated to improving the lives of othersCompetitive salaries and bonuses.
