We create extraordinary & innovative communities where people thrive!  The Hacienda at Georgetown is a resort-style community that opened in early spring 2023.  We are excited to find a Senior Community Life Associate who will be part of our Community Life Team and build programming for our Independent Living Members .  Our holistic approach to programming includes planning Watermark University classes utilizing Member and Associate passions and interests; planning Extraordinary Outings for our Members; and planning ongoing programming to address mind, body and spirit.  This position has a primary focus of creating and implementing a robust and holistic calendar of events for Members in Independent Living.  The ideal candidate will have several years experience in program development in a senior community, preferably with IL.  The Hacienda teams work collaboratively to deliver extraordinary services to our Members, and the Community Life team partners with all Hacienda departments.
