Community Manager Philadelphia, PA (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=Philadelphia+PA+USA) Job Type Full-time Description Job Title: Community Manager with Tax Credit/Section 8 Experience Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager with Section 8 experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project-based HAP Contracts with HUD and experience transmitting vouchers through TRACS. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with EIV. This position for a community manager is in Philadelphia that will be split between 3 properties, A & Indiana, Impact Veterans and Liberty 52. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the property - Ensure compliance with all HUD regulations and guidelines - Maintain accurate records and files related to Section 8 housing - Process and transmit vouchers through TRACS - Conduct annual and interim recertifications for residents - Maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors - Prepare and submit required reports to HUD - Ensure that the property is maintained in a safe and clean manner Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager with Section 8 experience - Strong understanding of project-based HAP Contracts with HUD - Experience transmitting vouchers through TRACS - Knowledge of EIV - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all qualified candidates to apply.
