Community Manager Easton, PA Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in rural housing and/or project-based Section 8 housing. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housing community and ensuring that our residents have a safe and comfortable living environment. Responsibilities: - Manage the leasing process, including marketing, screening, and leasing of units - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to affordable housing - Maintain accurate resident records and ensure timely submission of required reports - Respond to resident inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner - Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, community organizations, and local government agencies - Prepare and manage the community budget, including rent collection and expense management - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure that the community is well-maintained and in compliance with all regulations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in rural housing and/or project-based Section 8 housing - Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to affordable housing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software If you are a self-starter with a passion for affordable housing and a commitment to providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
