Title: Community Manager - Condos
\n\nTemporary Position (to cover a Leave)
\n\nThe Dartmouth Group, an Associa Company, is looking for an experienced community manager with high energy to manage a large, high-end condominium community.
\n\nThe Community Manager is responsible for achieving the financial & operational goals, managing vendors, maintaining positive resident relations and interactions with board members at all times.
\n\nFacilities/ maintenance/ construction/ project management experience is required for this role.
\nThe manager will provide prompt responses to board and resident requests.
\n\nFollow through and completion of tasks at hand is a must.
\n\n\n Requirements\nThe successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task.
\n\nA minimum of 2 years property management experience with Condominiums or non-profit
\nBoards/related experience is required.
\n\n\nStrong computer skills, including MS Office, required. CAI/IREM credentials preferred.
\n\n\nMust be able to pass a drug test.
